Donald (born 1988) is the new assistant trailer park supervisor, serving under Randy after Jim Lahey retires in Season 8 but he doesn't get the job. While its never explicitly said, peoples reaction to Donald suggest he's not from the trailer park. He is a free spirited hippie type who talks about feeling peoples energy, karma and meditating. As with many other characters on the show, Donald is bisexual. Early in season 8 Donald tells Randy he has a twin sister who Randy later meets at the opening of Julian's casino. It's immediately obvious that Donald's sister is actually Donald dressed as a woman. A tattoo of a bulls eye can be seen on his back in S8E3. He describes the tattoo design as "Concentric circles of the mind descending in upon themselves." Also he has a "sister" which is just him in a dress. It is revealed Donald has multiple personality disorder. Donald is apparently the one responsible for the crab outbreak in Whore-a-geddon.
