Plot Synopsis[]

Sam Losco blames Randy for getting him fired from East Coast Paving. Swearing revenge, Sam kidnaps him and holds him for ransom. Lahey gets reinstated as a cop thanks to Bubbles, Ray becomes Trailer Park Supervisor, and Lahey, Ricky, Phil and Sam have a showdown at the Moose.

Teaser[]

At the dump, Ray is being buried alive by garbage from a garbage truck, and asks Ricky for assistance on his walkie-talkie. As he begins to suffocate, Julian, Ricky and Bubbles show up and save him. They are then attacked by bees. Ricky explains that since Ray has always been looking after him since his mom died, Ricky now has to look after Ray at the dump.

Act I[]

Randy pumps up his bike tires, while Barb stares at him. Jim Lahey says he's excited to be possibly reinstated as a police officer as he drives down the road. He asks Randy to be a character witness for him, but Randy turns him down. Lahey then goes over to Bubbles' shed and asks Bubbles to be his character witness. If Bubbles agrees and Lahey is reinstated, he promises to sign a peace treaty letting the Boys do whatever they want, make Ray the Trailer Park Supervisor, and deal with Randy. Cory and Trevor discuss the work they have put in to line the surfaces of a trailer with tin foil. Julian congratulates them on the work, and says Ricky will also be impressed. Julian sends Cory and Trevor to purchase weed plants from an acquaintance of theirs.

Bubbles and Lahey sign the peace treaty in front of Barb, then show the tape Lahey found (proof that his original dismissal was groundless) to a police captain. The captain berates George Green for his actions and reinstates Lahey. Randy then breaks into Julian's trailer.

Act II[]

Jim Lahey stops an arrest of Julian, Ricky, Cory, and Trevor, as the evidence leading to the arrest was illegally obtained by Randy.

Barb takes Randy outside and suggests a polyamorous relationship between the two of them and Jim. Meanwhile, in his trailer, Jim eats an olive from a martini, then starts gulping down all the liquor in his trailer.

The Sam shows up and kidnaps Randy, holding him for ransom. The prank call to have the trailer park repaved caused Sam to lose his job, and this is his way of getting paid.

Drunk out of his mind, Lahey threatens Ricky into coming with him to save Randy. They drive to the "Moose," which is a giant statue of a moose.

Act III[]

Ricky, Lahey, and Phil Collins (as a cab-driver) arrive at the Moose. Ricky attempts to flank Sam while Lahey approaches unarmed. Ricky trips, alerting Sam, and starting a stand-off, with Ricky using the huge Phil for cover.

Ricky apologizes for the prank call, then brokers a deal to exchange $214 and a pound of weed for Randy. Ricky admits to having a good time getting drunk with Jim. He suggests smoking dope in order to get off the liquor.

Randy, Lahey, and Barb are on the dope hard. They buy it from Ricky at $12 per gram. Randy begins a cursing tirade similar to Ricky. Ray's job as Trailer Park Supervisor suits him well: he drives around the park drunk greeting people, on a salary of $5200 per year.

Julian bought the trailers that Randy evicted the residants out of. He was spending his time renovating these trailers and resells them to their previous residents.

Ricky just sells dope, is cool getting drunk with Lucy 3-4 times a week, getting stoned, and playing video games with friends (he is seen playing games with Cory and Trevor).
